Notes:
The sound and visual quality on this DVD is superb, however there
is one slight issue, when this was originally broadcast the sound
quietens when Lindsey is speaking between songs, this does not affect
the songs at all, as this was a fault on the broadcasted high
definition stream this has of course been picked up on the recording.
DVD is fully chaptered with an interactive menu.
