Notes (from Bootlegger):
This is a nice 77 minute show from the Bob Welch era of Fleetwood
Mac from one of the first internet Bootlegs I did way back when, back in
the late '90s. I don't think I've ever seen it uploaded here or
elsewhere, which is surprising as it is a great show and to my
knowledge, never officially released. The sound is very slightly
muffled, but otherwise great. Bob Welch is a pretty far out frontman
and chats up the crowd with some pretty cool raps. He also pays homage
to the great Peter Green by playing several PG songs. While he's no
Peter Green on guitar, he is a decent player with a distinctive style,
and I recommend this show highly. Christine McVie is excellent as
usual with several great songs.
This CD came to me from Japan and is pressed on a Silver CD |
