The dates were already rescheduled from earlier in 2022 when they had to be postponed due to positive COVID cases<\/h3>\n

Lindsey Buckingham<\/a> cancelled the remainder of his UK and European tour dates due to \u201congoing health issues\u201d.<\/p>\n

The former\u00a0Fleetwood Mac<\/a> guitarist and singer was currently midway through a run of rescheduled UK gigs<\/a>, which were due to be played earlier this year before he was forced to postpone the tour<\/a>\u00a0after he and members of his live band and crew contracted\u00a0COVID<\/a>.<\/p>\n

After playing the London Palladium on Saturday night (October 1), Buckingham shared a message on his social media the following day, revealing that the remainder of the dates \u2013 including a show set for tonight (October 3) in Glasgow \u2013 are now cancelled.<\/p>\n

The message said: \u201cDue to ongoing health issues, Lindsey is regrettably having to cancel the remaining shows on his current European tour.<\/p>\n

\u201cRefunds will be available from the point of purchase. Lindsey sends his deepest apologies to all of his fans who were planning to attend and hopes to return to Europe in the future.<\/p>\n

In August Buckingham joined\u00a0The Killers on stage<\/a> in California to perform the Fleetwood Mac<\/a> classic \u2018Go Your Own Way\u2019.<\/p>\n

Performing at Los Angeles\u2019 Banc of California Stadium, The Killers surprised fans by bringing out Buckingham for the encore. Together, they gave a rendition of Fleetwood Mac\u2019s 1976 single \u2018Go Your Own Way\u2019, lifted from the iconic band\u2019s 11th studio album, \u2018Rumours\u2019.<\/p>\n

2021 saw the release of the guitarist\u2019s first solo album in a decade. A four-star NME<\/em>review of the self-titled \u2018Lindsey Buckingham\u2019 album<\/a> said: \u201cThe album bustles with defiant spirit while leaning heavily on deeply catchy songwriting and production. And with Mick Fleetwood having\u00a0reconciled\u00a0<\/a>with Buckingham back in March, it\u2019s exactly the kind of triumphant return that could give his old band food for thought.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
